Some things to consider are

-very fine lines and detail may not be engraved due to the limitations of the laser

-colours can not be ‘engraved’

-some jpeg files may be able to be used, but as a general rule not an acceptable file format. This can change from case to case though depending on the image/artwork, some may work (after consultation).
