"Any logos or artwork need to be in a high quality vector format (e.g. .ai, .eps, .pdf) to ensure smooth lines on your engraving. If you cannot supply in this format, you can supply it as a .png, .gif or .jpg file format at least 30mm x 30mm at 300dpi resolution and our engraver will perform this conversion for you, just choose the logo conversion in the options. The insert is 29mm in diameter but you should base your work on a 27mm round canvas. If you are at all unsure about what all this means or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
