    Warranty

    Pullman guarantees a 12 month warranty on all manufacture defects on PULLMAN MADE products. 
    Warranty policy varies from product to product so please see contact the manufacturer to discuss any issues.
    Shipping is the responsilbility of the customer unless prevoiusly agreed to.

    Returns

    Please choose carefully as it's a lot more difficult for all of us to fix up an incorrectly selected order once it's been paid for and delivered. We may charge a restocking fee for any components incorrectly purchased. Goods are not normally refundable once they have been opened. All goods are covered by a factory warranty. If the unit fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing fault with the unit, the unit will be repaired or replaced (at our discretion) free of charge. If the unit fails at any time due to incorrect usage, you will be liable for any costs associated with repairing the damage and freighting the unit to and from our premises. For this reason we strongly recommend you thoroughly read and follow any safety and usage instructions supplied with the unit to ensure correct usage.
